Subscription & Cancellation Policy

NOCTIS may offer one-time purchases and optional subscription purchases for eligible products.

Subscriptions are optional. You are not required to subscribe to purchase NOCTIS Deep Sleep.

How Subscriptions Work

When you select a subscription purchase option, you authorize Noctis Health Labs, LLC to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout.

The subscription price, discount, billing frequency, and delivery frequency will be shown before checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Subscription Billing

Your payment method will be charged automatically before each recurring order is processed.

Subscription billing continues until you pause, skip, modify, or cancel your subscription.

Subscription pricing, discounts, shipping rates, and taxes may be subject to change. If any material subscription terms change, we will provide notice when required by applicable law.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription through the subscription management link provided in your order confirmation email, customer account, or subscription notification emails.

You may also contact customer support at support@noctishealthlabs.com for help managing your subscription.

You may be able to:
• Cancel your subscription
• Pause your subscription
• Skip an upcoming order
• Update your payment method
• Update your shipping address
• Change your delivery frequency, if available

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming subscription order, cancellation requests should be completed before the next recurring order is processed.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, that order cannot be cancelled, but eligible unopened and unused products may be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancelling a subscription stops future recurring charges. It does not automatically cancel or refund orders that have already been processed or shipped.

Returns and Refunds for Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to the same Return & Refund Policy as one-time purchases.

We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Due to health and safety standards, opened or used supplement products cannot be returned or refunded.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Pre-Orders and Try-Before-You-Buy

NOCTIS does not currently offer pre-orders or try-before-you-buy purchases.
