Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after you receive your order confirmation email. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Free U.S. Shipping
NOCTIS currently offers free U.S. shipping on eligible orders.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Free U.S. shipping is available at checkout for eligible U.S. orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@noctishealthlabs.com. We will do our best to help before the order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your mailbox, front desk, mailroom, or local carrier first.
If you still need help, contact us at support@noctishealthlabs.com within 7 days of the delivery scan.
Carrier delays can occur and are outside of our control. We do not guarantee delivery dates.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@noctishealthlabs.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, including the outer packaging.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
International Shipping
We currently ship to eligible U.S. addresses only. International shipping is not available at this time.
