Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used supplement products cannot be returned or refunded.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages & Issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges:

To exchange an item, return the original item if eligible. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.
